Prostate gland is a almond shaped gland situated at the urinary bladder opening. Prostate gland is involved in secretion of prostatic fluid part of seminal fluid of semen. The urethra passes through the center of prostate gland.
Ovaries are female reproductive glands which are responsible for creating eggs (ova) for fertilization. These two almond shaped body organs (one on the each side of uterus) are also responsible for secretion of reproductive hormones like estrogen and progesterone.
Cervix is a part of female reproductive system. It is the hollow cylinder like narrow part of lower uterus, which forms a canal between vagina and uterus. Cervix is also known as neck of the uterus.
